Old friends. Good times

Well, sometimes it feels as if London is just one big episode of 'High School Reunion', what with the regularity in which I bump in to familiar faces from home and travels.
And if London is 'High School Reunion' city, then surely the Shepherds Bush Walkabout is the highschool gym...

Here's me and Nick Oliver - a buddy I met in Mammoth, and stayed with in Melbourne - that I caught up with on Christmas Eve.
Nick was over in the UK for a buddies wedding, and a flying visit to his Whanau (that's 'family' in Maori for all you non kiwis) who have just relocated here.
